Pig Meat Awareness in a Day
For groups of 10-15 people BPEX can organise Pig Meat Awareness Seminars which provide general information about:
- the pig carcase
- a demonstration of the seam butchery method
- details on the benefits of cutting specifications
- what type of cuts are obtainable from the carcase
- how to get the best out of cooking with pork
- and if required a session on sausage making or bacon curing
These are aimed at established pig industry groups who require a greater understanding of the pig to plate process. Click here to email us if you have a group interested and wish to discuss dates and your requirements.
