The seventh annual Bacon Connoisseurs’ Week takes place from 18-24 March 2013. Growing in success each year, the media coverage in 2012 provided over 200million opportunities to hear, see or read about Bacon! The week has been established to communicate to consumers that ‘Not all Bacon is the same’. The week also aims to highlight to consumers our rich heritage of Bacon curing and how many different varieties of premium bacon are available. Under the theme ‘Great Bacon Revolution’ we will be undertaking lots of PR activity in the run up to the week and during the week itself to promote the availability and range of quality bacon such as that produced under the Red Tractor logo.
