A specialised knowledge transfer (KT) team has been created to transfer best practice ideas to the whole industry, assisting individual businesses and the whole sector to enhance profitability and competitiveness. The team work through discussion groups, BPEX workshops, training, the website and on a one-to-one basis with individual levy payers and organisations.
