Allied industry companies have a vital role to support their customers in achieving the 2TS target, without your help we can’t make this happen. BPEX invites all allied industry companies to work in partnership with BPEX to deliver the 2TS campaign.
How to get involved
- Keep the BPEX Knowledge Transfer team informed about company plans for products and services that can contribute to achieving 2TS
- Focus your business strategies on delivering six 2TS pillars
- Provide speakers at BPEX 2TS events and meetings
- Co-brand company products and services with the BPEX 2TS logo
- Share knowledge of customer progress to communicate as case studies
- Exhibit at our producer events
Regional Producer Events (Autumn 2014)
What: A half day producer event looking at how to optimise kilograms sold per metre squared
Who: Suitable for farm managers and stock people

- 18 November: Diss Rugby Club
- 19 November: The Granary, Kidderminster
- 25 November: Wetherby Racecourse
- 1 December: Exeter Rugby Club
- 2 December: Newbury Rugby Club

Opportunity to exhibit
Exhibitor spaces are available at each venue. There will be a charge of £50 (plus VAT) per event to exhibit, which includes one delegate place. To reserve a space register your interest with Clancy Smith by Thursday 6 November.

Practical Pig app
What: Short video clips that demonstrate practical management techniques on-farm
The clips explain why tasks are done in a certain way and what impact that can have on pig productivity.
Who: Aimed at managers, stockpeople, vets and anyone demonstrating tasks on-farm
How: The free app is available for smartphone and tablet computer users and the videos are also available to download from the BPEX website onto a PC or laptop.
