BPEX continually encourages retailers to source Quality Standard pork and pork products. The results are monitored in-store through a bi-monthly PorkWatch survey conducted by representatives of the National Pig Association (NPA).
The chart below shows the percentage of pork, bacon, ham and sausages on supermarket shelves displaying the Quality Standard mark over the past year.
