Tristram, who is presenting a major television series in September on minimising food waste, will join a line-up of nine other industry experts to speak at the conference, entitled ‘Fifth quarter: Go green for more profit’.

The conference will take place at the Ramada Warwick hotel, on 8th September 2010.
