BPEX sponsors a Nuffield Scholarship for a pig industry topic each year.
NPA’s general manager Dr Zoe Davies has completed her studies this year and presented her findings at the BPEX Trainee of the Year event and 2012 Nuffield Winter Conference.

Kate Morgan, who is a director of her family’s 1700-sow breeding unit, is the current BPEX Nuffield Scholar. She is exploring the topic: ‘High welfare systems – can they meet the increase for world demand for food?’
